Raspberry and dark chocolate skillet cookie 🤩

Method and ingredients:

Pre heat oven to 200 C.

Ingredients

  • 10g (2tbsp) Free Soul chocolate protein powder
  • 50g (1/2 a cup roughly) plain self raising flour (l used a gluten free one)
  • 10g (2tbsp) cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup plus just under 1/4 cup plant milk
  1. Mix that all up till it creates a pancake batter consistency.
  2. Stir in a few raspberries
  3. Add to a lightly greased skillet. l use cooking spray for this, it’s easier, less wasteful, and also means less oil.
  4. Add 1 chocolate square to the centre of the batter for the lava effect.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.

Toppings

  • 1 raspberry dark chocolate Free Soul protein bar (essential)
  • 1 square dark chocolate for centre (optional)
  • Raspberries
  • Vegan chocolate ice cream
