A fresh, immune supporting and nutrient dense smoothie - the perfect summer sipper to make you feel and look your best. At Free Soul, we’re all about supporting our wellness from within, so we’ve created our very own version that you can make at home… 


Blend the following ingredients (or get creative with your own alternatives), pour and enjoy!


Ingredients:

1 50ml shot of Fresh Citrus Crossip 


200ml of Plenish Almond Milk


200ml of Press Fresh Orange


1 Moju Fresh Tumeric and Ginger Shot


1 50ml shot coconut cream


1 tbsp Free Soul Vegan Vanilla Protein Blend


2 tbsp Coconut Collaborative Coconut Yoghurt


1 banana


Handful of Mango Chunks


1 medjool date
