Method and ingredients
Add the following ingredients to a blender:

- 2 tbsp Free Soul Vegan Protein Blend
- 400ml almond milk
- 1 banana
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Handful of ice cubes
- Honey to sweeten (optional)
