This privacy policy gives you information about how ARA FITNESS LIMITED trading as Free Soul (company number 10150642, registered office address Kings Head House, 15 London End, Beaconsfield, England, HP9 2HN) (“we”/“us”/our”) collects and uses your personal data through your use of this website, including any data you may provide when you purchase a product from us, create an account with us, contact us or sign up for our newsletter.
This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

Direct marketing
During the process of creating an account with us or placing an order on our website (when your personal data is collected), you will be asked to indicate your preferences for receiving direct marketing communications from us. This is also the case when you subscribe to our newsletter.

Opting out of marketing

If you opt out of receiving marketing communications, you will still receive service-related communications that are essential for administrative or customer service purposes for example relating to order confirmations.

5. Disclosures of your personal data
We use some third parties to enhance our business and/or provide services which form part of the process when you order from us. We may share your personal data where necessary with the parties set out below:
- Payment service providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna);
- Companies used to deliver orders (we currently use ShipBob);
- Providers of software that is used within our business (such as Klaviyo who provide a customer management system)
- Companies that provide certain other services to us (such as, Shopify, Rokt (who provide an app within Shopify called Aftersell, Mention Me for our referral programme, Loox for review management and Loyalty Lion for our loyalty programme)
- Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics)
- Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy.
We may from time to time use other providers that need to process your data. We are happy to provide an up-to-date list at anytime. Such other providers are likely to include data insights/analysis or survey providers.
