- 80g oats
- 20g Free Soul Vegan Protein Blend (Chocolate)
- 1tbs baking powder
- 200ml almond milk
- A knob of butter
- 1 egg
Toppings:
- Vegan chocolate
- Coconut oil
- Icing sugar
- 1 banana

Blitz your oats into a fine flour, then mix in the protein blend, baking powder, almond milk, egg, and chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.

Warm up a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt a little butter or coconut oil.

Pour the batter into the pan to make three pancakes. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil over low heat.
