UK Returns & Exchanges

Refunds 

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days for a refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus a £3.50 return fee. 

Exchanges 

We now offer exchanges! Items must be returned within 14 days using our Returns Portal and be in unused, unopened condition. Exchanges are for items of equal value. 

Gift Cards / Store Credit

Returns for gift cards or store credit can be made within 30 days. Items must still meet the standard return conditions. 

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, email hello@freesoul.com with your order number and the issue. Our customer support team will be able to assist you further. 

Partial Returns of a Bundle

If you return part of a bundle, your refund will be calculated as if you paid full price for the items you kept. 

Example: Buying a bundle of 3 proteins and returning 2 means your refund reflects the full non-bundle price of the 1 protein you kept, plus shipping.

International Returns

For returns outside the UK, please contact hello@freesoul.com for information on how to return items. 

*Important: Handle all items with care. Returns that are opened, used, or not in original packaging cannot be accepted.
