Mini chocolate donuts

If the words double chocolate, protein and donuts haven't won you over already then I don't know what will. Mini little snack sized chocolate donuts smothered in a low fat, high protein chocolate frosting...need I say more?!

RECIPE:⬇️

🍩 Donuts
Makes 10-12 mini donuts
30g Free Soul Chocolate Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Plain Flour
2 Tbsp. Coconut Sugar
3 Tbsp. Cacao
1 Tsp. Baking Powder

🍩 Frosting
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
30g Chocolate Protein
2 Tbsp. Chocolate Sauce
1/2 Cup Low Fat Cream Cheese

METHOD:⬇️
Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees Centigrade and prepare your donut moulds; pop to one side.

🍩 Starting with the donuts:
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix all wet in a separate bowl and then combine with the dry; mix well.
Pop 1-1 1/2 Tsp. of the mixture per mould (if making mini donuts) and 1-1 1/2 Tbsp. if making larger ones.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove and leave to cool completely.
🍩 Once cool make tour frosting by mixing all ingredients together until well combines. Decorate each donut with frosting.Can be kept in and airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. -
