Blackberry Rhubarb Crisp Crumble

Looking for something to warm you up that’s deeelish, healthy and 10/10 grammable?!I We’ve got you covered Sista. Voila: Blackberry Rhubarb Crisp crumble, made by our very own @bonniebrazilb using the Free Soul Protein Blends 🥳


🍒 1 tin rhubarb
🍒 1 tin black cherries
🍒 40g Free Soul berry vegan protein powder

🍒 50g rice krispies
🍒 60g oats
🍒 30g Free Soul berry vegan protein powder
🍒 2 tbsp (35g) 🥥 coconut butter/oil
🍒 3 tbsp (30g) 🍯 coconut honey/agave/maple syrup

1. Preheat the oven to 180c
2. Combine the rhubarb, cherries and protein in a bowl then transfer to your baking dish
3. In another bowl, combine the rice krispies, oats and protein powder. Melt together the coconut butter and coconut honey then stir into the oat mixture to form the crumble
4. Pour the crumble over the cherry and rhubarb and place in the oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove, cover with foil and bake for another 5 minutes
5. Allow to cool slightly then serve with some yogurt and enjoy 😍
