Made with the classic combination of banana, peanut butter and chocolate, these Banana Protein Cookies are not to be missed.

Total time: 20m
Servings: Makes 10 medium cookies
Difficulty level: Beginner
Storage instructions: Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days
Equipment needed: baking tray, baking paper, spoon, wooden spoon, measuring cups

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 8 tbsp plant-based milk (we love almond)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • ¾ tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 scoop Free Soul Vegan Protein Blend (Salted Caramel)
  • ⅓ cup vegan chocolate chips

Recipe

  1. Heat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth and creamy. Stir in peanut butter, plant-based milk, and vanilla until fully combined.
  3. Add oat flour, baking powder, salt, and your Free Soul Protein Blend. Mix until a thick, cookie-like dough forms.
  4. Fold in those chocolate chips. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto your tray, flattening slightly into cookie shapes.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
  6. Let them rest for a few minutes before diving in.
