These Banana Bread Baked Oats are soft, sweet, and satisfyingly filling, with a hint of indulgence from those melty chocolate chips. Think banana bread, but with all the nourishment your mornings deserve.


It’s warm, filling, and packed with plant-powered protein to keep you going, with just the right amount of sweetness to make mornings something to look forward to. A spoonful of comfort, a sprinkle of energy, and a whole lot of feel-good.


Whether it’s a slow Sunday or a grab-and-go weekday, this recipe brings that “fresh from the oven” comfort with a boost of protein to keep you feeling fuelled and balanced.

  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Recipe

  1. Heat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In an oven-safe dish, combine your oats, mashed banana, chia seeds, Free Soul Protein Blend, and almond milk. Stir until the mixture is smooth - no dry patches, no clumps.
  3. Fold in half the chocolate chips, then sprinkle the rest on top.
  4. Pop into the oven for around 30 minutes, until golden and set. 
  5. Let it cool slightly, then dig in. Enjoy as is, or top with creamy Greek yogurt and a drizzle of peanut butter for that extra “treat yourself” moment.
