These Chocolate & Peanut Butter Protein Balls are the answer to every 3pm energy slump, post-workout craving, and "I need something sweet but also want to feel good about it" moment.
We're talking about the ultimate flavour combo – chocolate and peanut butter – packed into bite-sized balls of goodness.
The best bit? You don't even need to turn on the oven. Just mix, roll, chill, and you're done.
We've combined our Chocolate Protein Blend with peanut butter (because that duo never misses), plus chia seeds, flax seeds, and oats for sustained energy and that perfect chewy texture.
They're the kind of snack that makes you feel like you've got your life together – even if you made them in your pyjamas at 1pm on a Sunday.

- 3 cups of grounded flax seeds

Recipe
-
Start by combining all dry ingredients (apart from your chocolate chips) in a bowl.
-
In a saucepan, gently heat up the wet ingredients until melted, then stir until everything is combined. Take it off the heat when it’s a smooth, lump-free texture.
-
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stir it all up until evenly combined and mix in your chocolate chips.
-
Now, time to get your hands in there! Start forming the mix into bite-sized balls and place on a tray.
-
Pop your protein balls into the fridge for an hour, and then they are ready to eat!
Tips and Variations
Nut Butter Alternatives:
-
Not a peanut butter fan? Try almond butter for a milder flavour or cashew butter for extra creaminess.
Rolling Pro Tip:
-
Slightly wet your hands before rolling the balls – this stops the mixture from sticking to your fingers and creates perfectly smooth spheres every time.
Chocolate Chip Mix-Ins:
-
Try dark chocolate chips for a richer flavour, or skip them entirely and roll the finished balls in cacao powder or desiccated coconut for a fancy finish.
