Ingredients
- 1 tin chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 2 scoops Free Soul Vegan Protein Blend (Vanilla)
- 1½ tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- A handful of chocolate chips
Recipe
- Add everything apart from the chocolate chips into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and dough-like.
- Transfer the mix into a bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
- Feeling impatient? Grab a spoon and dig straight in (no judgement here). Want a firmer bite? Pop it in the freezer for 15 minutes and let it set to cookie-dough perfection.
