Ginger Biscuit Protein Pancakes
Try these delicious pancakes tomorrow using our brand new vegan protein powder. It's the perfect sweet and spicy base alternative to the classic pancake.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg or flax egg alternative
- 75g oats
- 100ml milk or plant-based milk alternative
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp @freesoulsistas vanilla protein powder
Method:
- Blend the oats until they are like a flour. Then in a bowl mix your egg and milk together and then add you oats, baking powder, cinnamon and protein powder.
- Then place a pan over a medium heat and grease it. Once it is warm pour 3 tbsp worth of mixture in the pan at a time to make the pancakes. TIP: Flip them when bubbles appear on the top.
- Then decorate with whatever you want.
