Banana cake in an oreo cookie crust

Here's a scrumptious & nutritious take on the beloved banana-chocolate pairing!

Ingredients ⬇
I tbsp coconut 🥥 oil
1/2 cup oat flour
1/4 cup rye flour
1/4 self raising flour
1 tbsp flax egg
1/8 tsp baking powder and baking soda
2 bananas 🍌
2 dates
5 Oreos 🍪
1/4 cup coconut 🥥 sugar
1/2 cup cashew milk
Dash of vanilla and salt
2 scoops Free Soul Vanilla Protein -

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend all the wet ingredients in a blender and pour over the dry ingredients. Melt the coconut oil and add it with the flax egg at the end. The texture should be of a medium to thick consistency. Crunch up 4 Oreos and add it to this mixture. Mix well and add onto a baking tray. Top with one single Oreo and put to bake for 25 minutes. Slice and enjoy! 😍
