Christmas in a mug, any time of year.
A warm, spiced mug cake with over 26g of protein that takes a few minutes to make. Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and a scoop of Free Soul Vanilla Protein, mixed in a mug and microwaved until soft and fluffy. That's it.
It works as a quick breakfast when you want something warm, a post-dinner treat, or a mid-afternoon pick-me-up when a protein shake just isn't going to cut it. One mug, one fork, one very satisfied person.
