Chocolate Protein Doughnuts

1 serving makes 3 donuts

60g Protein per serving!!!


  • 2 eggs
  • 55g mashed banana
  • 30g chocolate porridge oats
  • 30g Free Soul chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • vanilla drops


  1. Pre heat your oven to 170c.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together until you have a nice mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixture into doughnut moulds.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15mins.

Let your donuts cool before you add on the Frosting!


  • 100g 0% Fage Greek yogurt
  • 10g Free Soul  chocolate protein powder
  • vanilla drops

Toppings: chopped up chocolate & a drizzle of Peanut Butter
