Chocolate Protein Doughnuts
1 serving makes 3 donuts
60g Protein per serving!!!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 55g mashed banana
- 30g chocolate porridge oats
- 30g Free Soul chocolate protein powder
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- vanilla drops
Recipe
- Pre heat your oven to 170c.
- Mix all the ingredients together until you have a nice mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into doughnut moulds.
- Bake in the oven for 15mins.
Let your donuts cool before you add on the Frosting!
Frosting
- 100g 0% Fage Greek yogurt
- 10g Free Soul chocolate protein powder
- vanilla drops
Toppings: chopped up chocolate & a drizzle of Peanut Butter
