Pancakes that actually keep you full past 10am.

Thick, fluffy oat pancakes with a scoop of Free Soul Protein stirred straight into the batter. The batter takes a few minutes to throw together. Blitz it, pour it, flip it. They come out golden on the outside and soft in the middle, the way pancakes should be. The oats give them a slightly nutty, wholesome flavour that works with pretty much any topping you fancy.

Stack them up and go classic with maple syrup and berries, or load them with nut butter and banana if you want something more substantial. They work just as well as a lazy weekend breakfast as they do meal-prepped for the week. Make a bigger batch, let them cool and keep them in the fridge. They reheat in seconds and taste just as good on a Tuesday morning as they did fresh off the pan.

1tbs baking powder
200ml almond milk
40g vegan chocolate chips
A knob of vegan butter

Toppings
Coconut yogurt
Raspberries

Method

1. Blend and Mix: Start by blending oats into a fine flour. Then, add in your chocolate Protein Blend, baking powder, almond milk, and chocolate chips. Mix it all together until smooth.

2. Heat the Pan: Warm up a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt a knob of vegan butter.

3. Cook your Pancakes: Pour the batter onto the pan, making about three pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side until golden.

4. Serve and Top: Stack the pancakes, add coconut yogurt, fresh berries, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Then, dig in!
