Now on my second month on Creaglow:
This one is definitely an acquired taste! The flavor is actually really good but if you just dilute in 250mL is way too concentrated and the taste will be so so strong. I did find it way better to dilute it in 300-350mL of water to be the best, the flavor is still there, quite nice and not so concentrated.
In terms of the results, LET ME TELL YOU, it’s been great! My gym performance has improved so so much is great! I have to be honest, it didn’t sit well in my stomach and intestines very well in the first 2 weeks of taking it because I was making the mistake of 1. taking it in an empty stomach and then 2. not being consistent at the time of the day I take it. So when I started taking it right after dinner every day was when my stomach/intestines very well issues disappeared! So be careful with that.
In general it’s a great product, you just have to be mindful of the water dilution and when you take it.
Loved this! Really felt the benefits of the collagen in my hair and bald and skin 😍 the flavour is a bit much after drinking consistently, would love some more flavours (mango like the electrolytes)✨
I am due t order my second pack of CreaGlow it has been an absolute game changer in the gym for me. I take it during my intense 45 min work outs and not only does it give me energy, keeps me hydrated and makes my skin glow. I have also noticed a prominent change in my body shape. I’ve drank collagen in the past which tasted awful and fishy which did put me off. This on the other hand tastes great! Nice taste of raspberry and doesn’t taste nasty at all!!!
I’ve been using FreeSoul CreaGlow since November and honestly really enjoy it. I know the taste won’t be for everyone, but that’s also kind of expected for what it is, and it’s still by far the best-tasting creatine powder I’ve tried.
My routine now is to mix it with a small splash of sugar-free squash, lots of water, and plenty of ice, then take it with me to the gym. It’s actually become the first thing I prep each morning, which says a lot because I usually struggle to stay consistent with supplements.
Since using it, I’ve noticed my skin feels noticeably smoother with fewer blemishes. I’ve also just turned 50 and am currently using Mounjaro, and one of my biggest worries during weight loss was sagging skin after hearing how common that can be. Collagen was recommended to support skin health, and alongside regular gym sessions and walking, I genuinely haven’t noticed any sagging, in fact, I’ve been getting lots of compliments lately.
What I really love is having creatine and collagen combined in one blend. It makes daily use simple and realistic, rather than juggling multiple supplements. For me, it’s been an easy habit to stick to and a really positive addition to my routine.
I was a little skeptical trying this based on the taste reviews... but I wanted to combine collagen, magnesium and creatine in one product! Hence giving this a go.
Firstly, the taste is really nice! raspberry. Yes it does taste like most rehydration powders. I mix it with a pint of water or in a bottle, I think the volume of water probably makes a big difference.
I cannot comment on the effects yet as I'm only in my first week of the product. But wanted to give this a review as it has the potential to be great and I would buy again if so. Enjoy x
Raspberry flavour, it is not.
Wouldn’t even say it is that salty in comparison with some of the electrolyte brands I have tried. I thought having everything mixed in one would work perfect, but I can’t finish a glass of this. If they did an unflavoured then I could add it into a juice. & no spoon provided. So have to weight it out via scales which isn’t always convenient.

flavour its amazing , its just a bit difficult to dissolve but not a big of a deal tbh , the storage can it's not easy to open with my hands arthritis so I don't use it its a shame because it's a nice can.

I can definitely feel a difference during and after my work out. I'm not big on the raspberry flavour it's quite sickly and very sweet but it's manageable as the benefits are so good!
Had no idea creatine did anything for skin before I came across this. Read up on it and gave it a go. Been having it every single day for six weeks and the results are real. Firmer, glowier, fewer dry patches. genuinely impressed
Really good product. Skin feels noticeably better after about six weeks and I like that I'm getting collagen and creatine from one thing rather than multiple supplements. Four stars only because I'd love another flavour but honestly minor complaint.

Really wanted to like this as love the idea of creatine and all the extras in one drink but the taste is really bad and I find myself having to drink it really quickly just to get it down, consistency wise it seems a bit slimy
