I've been sleeping better and have been able to push it further in the gym without achy joints and muscles, will continue with these. Tablets are big, but easy to swallow.

I have been feeling great since taking these tablets my skin seems to have gotten more clear since taking them too. They are easy to swallow not too big. I have used free souls products for a while now and have been obsessed with their greens juice. I love it so much honestly see different with all their products I have. These are a hard pressed powder tablet quite large as you can see, but the ingredients are three different magnesium's and turmeric root. There is also bulking agent, lubricant and a clear coating of anti caking agent listed in the ingredients.The bottle has 90 tablets at a suggested dose of 3 a day which means the bottle will last one month. They are gluten free, vegan and made in the uk.I only take one a day, usually after my last meal, and I find it has effectively helped with restless legs which has been keeping me awake at night. I'm not sure how effective the turmeric addition is as my understanding of turmeric is it need black pepper to be effective. But that is just my personal understanding.The batch number and expiry date are stamped onto the base of the bottle, and my bottle expires in 12/w0wt so just under two years shelf life.The other concern I do have is bulking agents in tablets, my thoughts are if they take away the bulking agent won't that make the tablet smaller and easier to take ? Since right now it is a large tablet and does require a substantial amount of water to take, I cannot imagine taking 3 a day when one can sometimes be tricky. Like I said, just my personal thoughts.That being said these large tablets have been effective in helping with restless legs so it is worth taking them for that.
I chose this magnesium because although I already take some biglycinate on its own, I needed some citrate to help with some stomach issues I have and figured this would be a much better combination as it's all in on and has the mg that I need. Plus it's based on 3 tablets so I can split them as I see fit.Each tablet can also be cut in half..No particular taste to these and I found them easy to swallow due to their shape.

I really struggle with getting good quality of sleep - but since starting this product 3 weeks ago, my deep sleep (the most important one for restoration!) has gone from 1.5 hours per night to 2.5! I suffer from histamine intolerance and interstitial cystitis which affect sleep and digestion so I thought I’d give this magnesium a go after putting it off for months for fear it would exasperate my symptoms. I wish I had tried it sooner!! Within a day of taking it my interstitial cystitis calmed and I’m eating so many foods I couldn’t eat before (magnesium has a role in nerve pain, so must be helping!) not only this, my sleep has gone from 6hrs 45 mins on average with a sleep score of 70 on my fitbit, to 8 hours on average with a sleep score of 90 on my fitbit - which I’ve never had in my life! I am so impressed by this product! I’ve only been taking two tablets a day, not three, so I might try three and see how I go and drop it back down to two if need be, but two is working really well. I’m taking it in the morning as opposed to at night as personally they give me a bit of energy, and when I took them at night I couldn’t sleep, but taking in the morning has worked well for me and still has the desired sleep effects. So play around with the dose and timing as everyone is different. I rarely do reviews but felt like I had to for this product as I am genuinely blown away! It is the BEST supplement I have come across. As dramatic as it sounds it has changed my life and I will take it forever, please never discontinue!!
