Oats, chocolate chips, a scoop of protein and a few pantry staples pressed into a tin and baked until chewy and golden.
They're sweet enough to feel like a treat but packed with protein to keep you fuelled between meals. Grab one on the way out the door, stash a couple in your desk drawer, or eat one straight from the fridge at 10pm when you need something sweet!

Ingredients
100g Vegan Protein Powder Blend (Chocolate)
350g rolled oats
85g sunflower seeds
100g vegan chocolate chips
2 tbsp chia seeds
170g nut butter
200g honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch salt
A quarter cup of coconut oil
Method

First, set your oven to 160°C and then line a baking tray with baking paper.

Throw all the ingredients into a bowl, but hold back half of those chocolate chips. Then, with a wooden spoon, mix it all together!

Scoop the mixture onto your tray and press it down firmly. Place in the oven for 25 mins and once they are cooked, leave them out to cool.

While cooling, pop the rest of the chocolate chips into a heatproof bowl and melt them over a pan of boiling water. Pour this over your pressed mixture.

Pop the tray in the fridge for an hour to let it all set.

Once it’s firm, cut into blocks and enjoy your homemade treats!
