Oat protein granola
Why not switch up your breakfast and give this high-protein healthy granola a go? It's a great low-sugar alternative to shop bought versions and you can adjust the flavours and extras to suit your own tastes.
Recipe:
- 50g oats
- 50g chocolate protein powder from Free Soul
- 60g date syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Transfer mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through to avoid burning.
- Let the granola cool completely and serve over a vegan yoghurt alternative with fresh fruits and chunks of dark chocolate. We love Nush
