How to start a Free Soul subscription

  1. Go to the product page for your chosen Free Soul supplement or blend
  2. Select ‘Subscribe & Save 20%’
  3. Click ‘Add to cart’
  4. Complete checkout, and your subscription will be set up, and an account will be created for you

Once your first order is placed, you can amend the delivery frequency or edit your Free Soul subscription in your account area.

How to manage your Free Soul subscription

Here’s everything you need to know to update your subscription or delivery information in your Free Soul account settings.

Change your Free Soul delivery

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click ‘Manage subscription’
  3. In the ‘Frequency’ section, click ‘Edit’
  4. Choose your next preferred date or frequency
  5. Click apply 

Skip your Free Soul delivery

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click ‘Manage subscription’
  3. Under ‘Actions’ select ‘Skip next order’
  4. Confirm you want to skip

Pause your Free Soul subscription

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your account area
  3. Click ‘Manage subscription’
  4. Under ‘Actions’ select ‘Pause subscription’
  5. Choose how long you want to pause your subscription for

Update your Free Soul Subscription payment details

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the “personal details’ tab
  3. Under ‘Payment details’ click ‘Edit’
  4. Click ‘Submit’ in the pop-up box to receive a secure link to update your payment method
  5. Follow the instructions in the email to provide your new payment details. 

Update your delivery address

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the ‘personal details’ tab
  3. In the ‘Address’ section, click ‘Edit’ or ‘Add new address’
  4. Set your new address to ‘Default’

Cancel your Free Soul subscription

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your account area
  3. Click ‘Manage subscription’
  4. Under ‘Actions’, click ‘Cancel Free Soul subscription
  5. Select a reason for cancelling
  6. Click Proceed, and your subscription will be cancelled

Add products to your subscription

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click ‘Manage subscription’
  3. Select ‘Add products’ at the top right of your existing subscription
  4. Click on your preferred product
  5. Choose between a one-off purchase or subscribe & save

Change flavours 

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click ‘Manage subscription’
  3. Under your existing subscription, select ‘Swap product’
  4. Select the product you wish to swap
  5. In the ‘Options’ drop-down menu, select your new flavour
  6. Confirm by clicking ‘Swap product’


FAQS

Why do I get sent a link to update payment details?

Free Soul uses Shop Pay to process your payments. Because Shop Pay manages your payment information separately from your Free Soul account, updates must be made through a secure link sent by email.

Why can’t I choose the frequency when I subscribe?

Your subscription will default to the ideal frequency based on daily use. You should have the perfect amount to keep you going until the next delivery arrives, but you can easily adjust the delivery frequency once you’ve subscribed

Is there a cut-off to cancel my subscription?

Yes, the latest you can cancel your Free Soul subscription is one business day before renewal to avoid being charged.

Will I be notified before I get charged?

You will receive a renewal reminder three business days before your next payment is due.

Why do I get separate deliveries for some products?

If you have different frequencies for some products, they will be created as separate subscriptions. If you want to receive them at the same time, you can merge your subscriptions in the account area and choose one frequency for all your products.
