I love this product, I made the switch from vegan blend to the sculpt one about 2 months ago and haven’t looked back since although I love the other product and have noticed a significant difference since starting my Free Soul journey. The Sculpt protein blend has really helped defining my muscles and still have the extra goodness in too. Also I needed a secondary protein shaker for rotation and the new style which was part of my mystery gift is so cute ☺️
I've been using Free Soul Sculpt for a while now and what I like most is that it doesn't have that heavy feeling that a lot of protein powders do. It's easy to drink after a workout and sits well on my stomach. I usually add the Chocolate flavour to my banana bread rather than just having it as a shake, and it works really well. It's an easy way to get some extra protein in without really thinking about it.
I really love this protein powder, especially the chocolate flavour. Great on its own, but I like to use it in my overnight oats. It’s a must have for me, couldn’t hit my protein goals without it!
This could be the protein for people who typically don't like protein shake. I've been blending it with milk and frozen fruit and it's really nice. An easy breakfast and starts the day with a good head start on protein in take for the day. I bought a small packet of choc and 2 x vanilla on Holland and Barratt - both flavours are lovely. I'll probably get a subscription directly once they have ran out.

Tried it for the first time and really good quality, and the consistency is great, as well as both a nice taste and aftertaste
I find with this one it blends creamer and doesnt taste grainy. I will stay on this one

Expensive and tastes like sweet cardboard with a chalky texture when mixed with water. But it is still a convenient way to get your protein in and it is my first time making protein shakes so maybe I will experiment with a different recipes.

Really nice protein powder. Blends well in soya milk in a simple shaker, no need to blend and doesn’t leave lumps. Nice taste as well. One of the better protein powders I’ve used.
I have tried lots of different protein powders to support my fitness goals and keep up my protein levels. This is my favourite by a mile. I like the vanilla flavour. Great mixed with milk, not too sweet and full of nutritional value formulated for women.
Best protein I've tried. I mix with milk and it's smooth just from the shaker (no need to whisk). The chocolate flavour is delicious.
