I'm not one for sharing or reviewing products. But I felt like I should share. I have have PCOS and have trouble with balancing my hormones and sugar levels. I have a daughter who is 11, but when we started to try for another baby I was diagnosed with PCOS and never once in nearly 9 years had a positive pregnancy test. Next month we were due to start IVF. I tried FREE Soul PCOS at the start of august and on the first month of taking them ( and I did struggle some days to take regularally) yesterday I got a postive pregnancy test and looks like I am 5 weeks pregnant. We have been trying to conceive for the last 3 years, I lost some weight and whilst we were waiting on our appointment coming through for the infertility clinic I decided to give these tablets a shot. I've always had irregular periods and was on the pill for about 20 years, diagnosed with PCOS when I was 19. Fast forward to early 30s I wanted to take more control over my body so came off the pill and had a fertility and hormonal check up, and was recommended to take myo-inositol to help regulate my periods. I did find it tricky to get into a habit of taking the tablets in the evening as well as the morning, but now I am I'm noticing my cycles are so much more predictable!

An absolute game changer! I am not one for leaving reviews, the only time they tend to find their way out into the world is if something is absolutely fantastic and I know others need to know, or it is so poor I feel I have a duty to warn the public. I am really glad to say it is the former in this case. MYO-INOSITOL from FREE SOUL has literally changed my life for the better. I was diagnosed with PCOS years ago, and I had no guidance from my GP following their diagnosis. Very much just left to deal. Because of this, I just kept on as I was. Accepting that I just had to manage the highly irregular periods that were brutal, heavy and debilitating when they did finally show up. Not only this but the fatigue, excessive hair growth and constant struggle with weight gain were things I just accepted carried on. Last year I stumbled across FREE SOUL when looking for vitamins. I was intrigued by the MYO-INOSITOL and thought it was worth giving it a shot. My main priority was levelling out my hormones and try for more regularity with my periods. Last year (2024) for example, I had a total of 3 periods, and they were oh so brutal. I was hoping this would help. Little did I know just how much. Never been the person who writes reviews but this supplement and company deserves it! Struggled to get my period back for a year after having depo twice! I have PCOS and was trying to concieve but my period were reqlly irregular. Didn't feel much difference at first but I took consistently took these for 3 months. I had a period every month and now I'm pregnant. Definitely would recommend!

I've been off contraception since Sept 2021 and ttc. I have PCOS, so irregular cyles and have never seen a positive ovulation test. So this year, April 2024 I thought I'd try maca root and myo inositol after hearing it can help. Took this from day 1 of my cycle at the end of April and experienced my first positive ovulation test! And then two weeks later, June 2024 I tested positive on a pregnancy test for the first time ever. I could not believe it and wish I tried it out sooner. Again, I don't know if it was because of this product, but it was the first time I ever used a supplement like this and my first ever positive ovulation test. I have had 3 private cycles of ovulation induction with clomid and they all didn't work. I have also been working on my physical health and losing weight since December 2023. Currently 28 weeks pregnant, due in Feb 2025. So pleased and defo would use this again next time when ttc.

As a PCOS girly losing weight has been frustrating because although I eat well 90% of the time and get between 8-10k steps in each day I couldn't seem to get lower than 14st9lbs and stayed like this for 2 weeks! I had been taking Berberine but still couldn't seem to shift this weight. But I said I'm not going to give up. These were suggested over Tik Tok and I honestly thought they wouldn't do nothing but at this point what do I have to lose?They arrived last Monday and I took x2 at least half an hour before I break my fast at 11am and x2 half an hour before dinner. I took this consistently all last week and have dropped 3lbs! This stuff works. I take this alongside Berberine and Vitamin D. I have so much more energy now. I didn't have any afternoon naps last week (shocker).As for my period, I have always had a period but used to have them roughly the same day each month. However, over the past year it still comes every month but whenever it feels like it. So will see how these tablets regulate my cycle (fingers crossed)- 1 star because of the size of these. You can bite them in half but alot of the time I can feel it in the back of my throat. There's no taste so that's a plus! Also, my bowel movement has increased since taking this.
Miracle in a bottle! Free Soul deserve some appreciation! After reading the reviews for these supplements I thought I’d give them a try. I had gone 6 months without a period but within 2 weeks of taking these supplements I had my first period !! I cried happy tears and am so glad I found something that helps balance my hormones but also, something that is not filled with bad ingredients.
I have been struggling with my pcos symptoms for years but more recently with the periods… well lack thereof. I have been taking these for just 2 weeks today and have had my first period in 4 months. I can really feel a difference in my hormones and feel them balancing out. Pre warning they are large tablets but you get used to it, especially if they work!
pcos girlie 4 months without a period and I was getting a bit bummed out when it didn't happen as fast for me as some of these reviews. it's taken about 3 weeks of taking these and it's finally come! also paired with a lazy attempt at seed cycling (sunflower seeds in my eggs everyday until menstruation). probably missed about 4 doses in total, pills are huge but atleast they are tasteless. not sure why no one has told me about inositol sooner but we move! don't want to take contraception! best of luck girlies let's stick w it to really make sure <3

After being diagnosed almost three years ago now I have tried everything. I thought this would just be another supplement that wouldn’t work for me.. you’re probably reading this looking for some realness, I read through every review and still ummed and arghed. I’ve only been taking these tablets for two weeks and the improvement in my skin is so noticeable. I have had hormonal acne for over ten years!! Something else that has improved so far is also my nails weirdly.. I’ve never had to cut my nails because they were so weak and would just break and flake by themselves but suddenly I have nails? I researched it and hormone balance can affect your nails!!! Something must be working!
I have been taking these supplements and the greens for 3 days and I have just started my period again after being late for 2 months! As many others have commented the tablets are LARGE. Very difficult and dangerous to swallow whole so I actually break them down with my teeth and swallow with water as there is no foul taste. Yet to see results as only been taking for just under a month and benefit outcome can only be measured after about 3 months consistent use apparently. Fingers crossed! Expensive but will continue use if I see benefit

These supplements are actually amazing! I'm onto my second month's subscription and all my horrible PCOS symptoms are gone. I used to have to pluck my chin hair every day 😵 now there's barely anything to pluck! Im no longer feeling fatigued - I was having to have daily naps just from feeling constantly exhausted. I was getting muscle and joint pain which has disappeared. My skin is the clearest it's ever been. I'm not snapping at my boyfriend anymore - I'm in a much better mood/frame of mind. I was very skeptical about trying these as I have tried so many products for my skin and to induce my periods and nothing has ever worked. I honestly never write reviews but thought this was a must to help others in a similar situation. I cannot recommend these vitamins enough!! I am now on my third month of taking these and wanted to wait a while until I reviewed. My period is very irregular usually and can be delayed for up to 3 months at a time, I really never know when it will come. After 2 weeks of taking these I got my period and the next month I got it exactly a month after and again the next!! I have not had consecutive monthly periods like this in years and I am so delighted. I am generally always tired with my pcos however, I haven’t noticed these vitamins make much difference with my tiredness as I still am the same with the fatigue. I have also developed such bad skin since having pcos and I can now say in month 3 I am starting to notice big changes, this has taken the 3 months to improve so please be patient with these. Started taking these late november and had a really good peak at cd 65 of this cycle which hasnt happened ever. Noticed that my fatigue has gone away and i now dont have to have a nap every day and i feel much brighter and alert. Will just wait and see if a period shows up or fingers crossed its helped get pregnant first cycle of trying it. I worried about the tablets being so big but they were actually alright and can take them no problem
Guys pls read this!! I am a 21 turning 22 year old woman from England and since the age of 18 I have suffered from irregular periods ranging from periods occuring every 3 months to a time where they occured after 8 months. Is amazing product!I have been taking this for 2 1/2 days I am yet to take my evening pills but I worked!I been so stressed thinking I wasted money yet again on a product that does not work - I have continued to work out and regularly take water but the only down side is the size but I half them and half them again and then take it but IT WORKED !!
This is a real STORY! I’ve had PCOS since 2020, I used to be a dress size 6 before I had PCOS and suddenly started gaining weight and only got a period for a day every few 5-6 months. Doctors used to give me hormonal pills to regulate it but didn’t help at all. I tried all kinds of diet and worked out endlessly but still saw no change until 2 months ago when I started taking these tablets. Ever since taking them I’ve started a new diet and also drink enough water during the day, it took about a month and half before I started to see a difference in my weight I can happily say I’ve been losing weight and can’t wait for more results. I’ve also had a normal period since and due for my next one soon.

These tablets are great and work really well. Been suffering with PCOS for 15 years and 2 weeks into these I've had huge changes - i'm actually excited for whats to come.The only flaw that I've found is that they are so big. My biggest piece of advice is to buy the pill cutter alongside it. They're �2 and worth a million times more! I'm a wuss for taking tablets but this has helped tremendously and I now take them easily.2 tabs morning and night - 4 daily but far easier with the cutter.
I take this pill for 3 months every thing is good I feel better I feel more energetic but this month I see something different on the pill and the bottle , bottle bigger and the pill more white and a line in the middle, is not original??? I don't know if I will still buying from this seller
