Training for the London Marathon meant long runs, early mornings and trying to stay properly hydrated, and honestly, I don't think I could have got through some of those tougher sessions without them. I absolutely love this product to the point I have one in a morning and afternoon. In a litre of water you can taste the product perfect or it you want a stronger taste just 500mls. Sets my morning up perfect and the taste I love it Citrus is my favourite and the other flavours are beautiful. Would highly recommend ❤️

I’ve been using the Hydrate electrolytes now for 5/6 months with the subscribe and save, I’m chronically ill and require a higher sodium intake which this brand is perfect for. Yes it’s a bit salty but it’s supposed to be and you get used to it. It’s incredibly good for my energy levels and sodium intake so I make sure to drink it all before getting up, highly recommend for us Spoonies :) However I don’t recommend using a sports lid bottle with this as it’s difficult to clean and grows mold quickly especially with long term use of the electrolytes, that’s just my experience anyway x

Bought this to keep myself hydrated while taking a GLP1. I've seen LMNT electrolytes being recommended by Americans as it's meant to be the best brand out there but I couldn't justify the cost of it. Ive heard of Free Soul for PCOS supplements but didn't know they also did electrolytes so I when saw the ads for this product I looked into it.It has a pleasant taste. As others have said it is salty but that's the point I guess if you're trying to stay hydrated.I'm not a big fan of the Stevia in it but LMNT has it so I settled.I thought about making my own with sugar and salt in water but it has all these extra minerals and vitamins which is helpful as I'm not always great at remembering to take my multi vitamins.It's easy to use as theyre little sachets which you just tear open.The smell is pleasant like the taste.The sachet can be added to 400ml-1L which is a good size as a typical reusable water bottle is around 500ml so I'll typically refill my water a bit with the powder in it still to keep the benefits of the electrolytes.I'll typically use one every other day so that it lasts a little longer and I get the best value for money. I paid around �30 which is a bit much to use it every day but compared to other brands I'm happy to pay for a product which is good quality and has good ingredients.Would be nice if they did more flavours as i would definitely try them (like LMNT does)

Most importantly, these sachets contain everything I look for in a hydration supplement. It's loaded with salt, potassium, magnesium and calcium with vitamin c and zinc added in too. I was finding that after longer, sweaty training sessions I was getting headaches, from dehydration I assume, but taking hydration supplements has completely relieved this.The fact they come in sachet means not only do you not need to measure quantities, but you can also chuck them into a bag and then tip them into a bottle of water. I've found this makes me much more likely to actually use them regularly. A few shakes in a bottle and they dissolve perfectly.In terms of flavour, I've really been enjoying these. They taste absolutely great. They're sweet and fruity; refreshing too.

Free Soul is brand that I keep seeing on social media. These are their salty electrolyte sachets, they came in a resealable bag. The packaging states their ingredients on the front and back, with directions of how to make up the drink.The drink taste salty but the added citrus flavour makes it easier to drink. The individual sachets makes it easy to put in the bag for on the go. It is easy to dissolve.The full ingredients 1,000mg of Sodium, 300mg of Potassium, 70mg of Magnesium, 40mg of Vitamin C, 52mg of Calcium, 2.5mg of Zinc and zero sugar.

It sounds a bit daft but I get more dehydrated in my own garden than I do when abroad in a hot climate, that's because when I'm in the garden weeding, digging, chopping back etc I'm usually out there longer than I imagine, sweating and forgetting to have a drink. That's when I'd use these sachets.I like that they're no added sugar, I don't like a drink to be too salty, so I'd probably use a bit more than the recommended 500ml of water. The packaging says they're suitable for daily use but in all honesty I can't see me using them anything like as frequently as that. I like that they are individual sachets so they're good for on the go or travel - it's easy to pop one or two into a bag or pocket 'just in case'.NOTE - these are for adults only, the packaging says users should be 'aged over 18'.At �13.99 for 30 sachets (as at 22 January 2025) I think these are pretty good value.

While I do drink a lot of water after a while the generally chlorinated taste is a bit off-putting. The power in the sachet dissolved quickly and the taste was okay. Much better than plain water. The only taste aspect that I was not keen on was the artificial sweetener though I am not a fan generally speaking. there seems to be a lot of focus on salt in the powered and reality is your body needs salt and if you ever have a never ending thirst a little salt is probably what is needed. My only really concern is the price. While �29.99 at the time of review the product description mentions a lower RRP. In any case for me it provided an overall improvement to the taste of plain tap water.

Lots of sachets full of goodness.It's powder form and you mix it with water.I found these to have a lemon taste but they are VERY bitter.Brilliant if you like sucking on lemons but for me it was almost unbearable.Adding sugar is an option, be it not a healthy one.

I often do sports, so I gladly took this product. I used them today during training, and I have to say that I felt better, doing the same thing as a few days ago. The composition is very good, and the taste is quite pleasant. So if you need additional hydration and for your body to be able to work longer at 100%, these sachets can help you achieve this. The only downside is that they are a bit expensive, but there are 30 of them so maybe it's not so bad. I will definitely continue using them because I feel more hydrated and I just feel better

I like this drink, I will warn though it's sharp to taste it has a very citrus refresher style taste if you ever eat the sweet. The instructions say one sachet per 400ml of water, I put 1 sachet into 750ml water bottle. I'm very glad I did as wow it's sharp to drink.I wouldn't even say it's super salty either truth be told, what I notice is the citrus punch. I added the sachet to my bottle then the water on top. After shaking the bottle we'll it had mixed and just was finishing fizzing.I'll be interested to see how I get on with this over time, fingers crossed it'll help reduce my cramps I get when swimming. I'll report back if I notice any adverse effects.

My son is obsessed with the gym and protein and electrolytes so we jumped at the opportunity to try these! You get 30 sachets and the ingredients are just what my son wanted, if he says it's right, then it is! It's a great flavour and dissolves easily. The price is good as well. The packaging reseals to keep the sachets dry. They provide excellent hydration and we will buy them again.I recommend!

I'm about to go on holiday to a warmer climate and I find all to easy to get dehydrated even though I carry a water bottle and drink regularly. So, I am hoping that these electrolyte powders will help.They arrive in a resealable bag. Each powder comes in a sachet and just needs adding to a glass of water.I have to admit that they aren't all that nice to take unless you like salty water. There is a hint of citrus though which helps. These will certainly help against any hangovers, but I don't really drink enough to get any.I am a little confused on the pricing as they are currently on sale at �29.49 and yet they state they have a RRP of just �13.99. This price is also printed on the label. At the top price I would say they are far too expensive but at the lower price I would say they are fairly priced.Overall, time will tell on how well this works. I hope that helps.

Going gym and having a routine of active rest days deffo takes a toll on the minerals and vitamins im able to get in. Ontop of that- I’ll get a feeling of being tired or fatigued- taking the electrolytes really helped with my tired feeling post workout, as well as making me feel hydrated after a run/hike. I recently tried Hydrate after my workouts, and I really noticed a difference! I felt much more hydrated and had more energy to push through the rest of my day. However, the flavor was a bit too salty for my liking. On the flip side, my partner absolutely loved the taste, so it seems like it comes down to personal preference. Absolutely loved testing this product. As very active person I take electrolytes almost on daily basis but most of other brands got unnecessary ingredients in them. The powder did take a bit of getting used to as I found it quite a salty taste to start with. I don’t think I mixed it with enough water the first couple of times I used it. I would definitely recommend you mix with at least 500ml as now it tastes much less salty and has a pleasant lemony flavour. I feel more alert and focused during the day and it is helping me drink more and keep hydrated. Would definitely recommend.
