I love the majority of Free Soul products, but this one is definitely my favourite in terms of taste and health benefits! I’ve also found that using sparkling water instead of still water really enhances the flavour. Would highly recommend :)
I initially had a cup of it yesterday with just water and it had that medicinal after taste which I didn’t quite like. Today I’ve added some Robinson’s squash to it to balance it out a bit but you can still taste it a bit. Would have preferred it in capsule form rather than a drink I believe. It’s early days so can’t say yet whether it’s effective or not.
I’ve tried the Free Soul Greens before which were amazing and made me feel less bloated. I was excited to try Cortisoul and was not disappointed! They taste amazing and it’s good to know that there are so many fantastic benefits. The calming effects are great!

Wow! As a final year uni student, I’m currently in the mindset of trying to lock in and study, make the most of my last few months at uni, be active and healthy, and be social all at the same time. I work a long way away from where I live so I tried this drink after a day of 100 mile drive, full day of work and 530am alarm and when I tell you I woke up feeling like a new woman 🥰 I slept so well so definitely it put me in a calm state ready to face the next day! The taste is really nice as well, almost like a juice rather than something you think you’re taking to be healthy! This is a new staple in my routine and I might even try and mix it with the Greens or Hydrate to see how that tastes!

Tastes absolitely sweet as anything and sickly. It is jist about bearable with ice and cold. Ended up giving it away it aas so vile.

First initial sip, yum. Then from there after it was disgusting! I simply can’t drink it. I don’t know how to describe it besides in the bitter realm of taste. Like licking orange peel. Disappointing because I’ve loved their other flavour powders so far but this is a complete waste of my money. Who knows if it’s effective in its benefits.

I really like the taste of this but it gives me a bad tummy after drinking. I took it for a few days, had a break from everything and the tummy troubles went away. Added everything back in one by one and had this again and had the same tummy troubles.

I got this on a whim but I'm so glad I did. I was interested in the effects of the mushroom, ashwagandha and l-theanine which I've seen benefits from before. I have it with some ice cubes and it has a great tropical taste - it can taste a bit powdery but if you stir it well it's nice. Since I started drinking this daily a week ago, I've felt calmer in the day and have slept through the night for the last 4 nights - which hasn't happened in months! I'm sure this is helping me sleep better, especially when I drink it late afternoon. Really recommend trying!

The powder settles a little and the taste isn’t the most plesant- everything else ive tried the flavour is bang on but this one I think misses the mark. I suspect its the ashwaganda that alters it.
Just finished my first bag and sadly I will not be ordering again. I've cancelled my subscription. I haven't really noticed any effects from taking it and even with the right dose it's not lasted a full month. The taste is my number one reason for not continuing... disgusting. The level of chemical tasting sweetener in this is off the charts. It takes horrible, I've tried adding coconut water, fruit juice, nothing made it bearable to drink. It made me feel sick. If it wasn't for the price of it I wouldn't have forced myself to drink it. I'm really not fussy at all with food or drink and have drank all sorts of health concoctions over this year. This is a hard pass. I'll be switching to a different brand.
Unfortunately I struggle with the flavour. I would definitely consider to buy it again in the future if different flavours are offered.
Definitely felt this work. It does have a slight bitter aftertaste but I've gotten used to it. Not the worst thing when the benefits are actually working. Highly recommend

I love free soul products and was excited for this but unfortunately I just can’t stomach the taste! Everyone else seems to love it but I just can’t. I’ve only had mixed with water so wondering if I can add anything to help? I love the protein and the mango greens
