INGREDIENTS
🌱 1 scoop vanilla Vegan Protein Blend
or Free Soul Sculpt Hybrid Protein
🌱 1 banana
🌱 100g frozen mango cubes
🌱 40g fresh spinach
🌱 1-cm piece peeled ginger
🌱 200ml plant-based milk
🌱 1 tsp Free Soul Greens
🌱 1 tbsp chia seeds
To serve: dried fruits and nuts
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if using protein powder.
2. Pour into a glass and serve with some dried fruit and nut snacks.
