It’s still winter, and the need for a little TLC is pretty universal. But what if your go-to comfort also helped you hit your protein and wellbeing goals? Introducing: Free Soul’s Protein Hot Chocolate.

Equipment needed: Small saucepan, Whisk (or milk frother for extra froth), Measuring spoons, Mug


Ingredients

  • 300ml Coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Free Soul Vegan Protein Blend (Chocolate)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp cacao powder 

Recipe

  1. Gently heat coconut milk in a saucepan.
  2. Whisk in your chocolate Vegan Protein Blend, cocoa powder, a pinch of salt and honey until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour into your favourite mug and sip your warm, comforting hot chocolate.
  4. Add marshmallows for an elevated twist.
