Protein Cereal Clusters: A High Protein Breakfast Idea

Ingredients (serves 2):

2 mashed bananas

100g oats

2 scoops @freesoulsistas chocolate protein powder 

Cinnamon

3 tbsp syrup

Method:  

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Roll into little clusters
  3. Fry for 10 mins
  4. Eat now or leave over night and they're there for you to have for breakfast whenever you fancy
