Morning Matcha Smoothie
Want a new way to jazz up your morning smoothie? Matcha will help boost your energy whilst keeping you full with our protein base.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 1/4 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 scoop Free Soul vanilla protein powder
- Handful of spinach
Method:
- Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Spread some peanut butter on the inside of a glass and then add the smoothie.
- Enjoy!! 🍌
