Green power smoothie:
Ingredients:
- 1 small banana frozen đ
- 1/2 Avocado - Optional but adds creaminessÂ
- 1 kiwiđ„
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 scoop of Free Soul Vanilla proteinÂ
- 100-200ml almond milk to preferenceÂ
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder (optional)
- Small handful of IceÂ
Preparation:
Place everything in the blender and blend on high till completely smooth. If you want the smoothie thinner, add more almond milk and serve over ice if desired. đ
