Crunchy chocolate protein bites

These protein balls are better than any you can get off the shelf. Not to mention, they are super quick and affordable to make. 


  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup puffed quinoa (plus extra for coating)


  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Roll into balls and coat with the extra puffed quinoa.
  3. Refrigerate for at least half an hour and enjoy! 🤤
