Girls on their way over? These take under ten minutes to make – the fridge does the rest. Think: chocolatey little bites that feel indulgent, hit your protein goals and make you look wildly organised.

Chill time: 20–30 minutes
Total time: 30–40 minutes
Servings: 6–8 bites

Storage instructions: Store in an airtight container for up to 4–5 days, or freeze for up to 1 month.
Equipment needed: Mixing bowl, Spoon or spatula, Measuring spoons, Silicone moulds or hands for rolling.


Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30g) Chocolate Free Soul Sculpt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp oat flour or finely blended oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1–2 tbsp honey 
  • 1–2 tbsp milk of choice (as needed)
  • ¼ cup raspberries

For razzle dazzle:


  • Dark chocolate drizzle
  • Pinch of sea salt 

Recipe

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. Stir in nut butter, sweetener, milk, and raspberries
  3. Press mixture into heart-shaped silicone moulds (or roll into balls if no mould)
  4. Chill for 20–30 minutes until set
  5. Optional: drizzle with melted dark chocolate
