Breakfast Peanut Butter Protein Cookie
Cookie for breakfast? Yes please
Recipe:
- 18gr crunchy peanut butter
- 20gr oat flour
- 5gr vanilla Free Soul protein powder
- 5gr maple syrup
- 20gr banana (mashed)
- pinch of salt
- pinch of baking powder
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chunks
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 170'C
- Mix all the ingredients (except the dark chocolate) until well combined
- Form a cookie on a parchment paper-lined baking tray.
- Top with the dark chocolate chunks and bake for 15 minutes at 170°C.
