5 ingredient vegan cookies

Super quick, easy and perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast 🍪 Not to mention, they are high in protein and plant-based thanks to the addition of Free Soul protein powder. 


  • 2 ripe bananas🍌
  • 35g peanut butter 
  • 1 cup of oats 
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein (50g) @freesoulsistas
  • Handful of chocolate chips/ cut up chocolate 🍫
  1. Mix together and divide into 8 cookies onto a baking tray
  2. Bake for 10minutes at 185C
  3. Take out and leave to cool 
  4. Eat or store in the fridge in an air tight container
