An iconic and contemporary jewel in the West End’s glittering crown, brunches don’t get more boujee than Brasserie of Light. With a menu of British classics and internationally-inspired dishes and an eclectic cocktail collection, Easter is sure to be an experience here.
Madera Treehouse Internal Restaurant
Doing Easter differently? Don’t do it anywhere other than Madera, where reimagined, ingredients-first Mexican cuisine is paired with bold flavours and an organic ethos. This Easter expect a Californian-Mexican twist on the classic Sunday lunch – plus of plenty wine (of the sparkling variety). It’s elevated location, atop Marylebone’s Treehouse hotel, makes Madera the perfect spot for a sundown with sweeping views. Just be prepared for when the lights go down, and the music and atmosphere turn up.  
Gleneagles Internal Restaurant
This charming country estate offers some of Scotland’s best dining experiences – although it’s famed Strathearn is our pick from the 5 star retreat's offering of 10 restaurants and bars. Expect more than a touch of theatrical magic from this Franco-Scottish fine dining destination, where dishes including egg white omelette, eggs royale, caviar and beef wellington are served. Just note, it’s a glamourous place so you’ll need to dress to match.
Grantley Hall Terrace
This Yorkshire Dales estate is as luxurious as they come. Home to Michelin-starred dining, a Pan-Asian restaurant and a glamourous cocktail lounge (amongst many more), this Easter we’d suggest dining al fresco overlooking the West Lawn, at The Orchard. A menu of light, refreshing lunches, brunches and sharing platters are served on the terrace with a seriously tempting selection of cocktails and Champagne.
The PIG at Combe External
Simple, seasonal, and locally focused creations are the order of the day at the eight outposts of this restaurant-with-rooms establishment. With surroundings a huge influence on menus (everything is sourced within a 25-mile radius), expect British kitchen garden food and wood-fired flatbreads from the OG Pig in New Forest, and fresh-from-the-harbour seafood, award-winning English wines and Cornish cream scones at Cornwall’s Harlyn Bay restaurant.
