Super Brand Day Campaign Rewards Terms & Conditions

The Promoter
- The Super Brand Day Campaign (the “Campaign”) is organised and promoted by Ara Fitness Limited t/a Free Soul (Company No. 10150642) (“Free Soul”).

Eligibility

The Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Participants must be legally resident in the United Kingdom.

Participation is only open to social media creators and marketers. By participating you acknowledge and agree that you are doing so in the course of your business as a creator and/or marketer not as a consumer.

Participants must have a valid and active account on at least one of the Promoter’s designated creator communication channels (being Lark and WhatsApp) which has been approved by the Promoter (“Approved Channels”).

The Campaign is open to existing influencers and brand affiliates of the Promoter as well as new creators, provided they have been approved to join at least one of the Approved Channels by the Promoter.

Employees, contractors, agents of the Promoter (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

How to Participate
-
To participate in the Campaign and be eligible for any of the Prizes detailed below, Participants must post qualifying videos on their TikTok accounts during the Campaign Period (5 January (00:00 GMT) – 11 January (23:59 GMT)).

For a video to be qualifying for the purposes of the Campaign it must meet the following criteria;

The video must be posted during 5th - 11th January 2026
-
The video must be at least 30 seconds long
-
The video must tag one of the following Free Soul products as an affiliate link to our Shop Tab: ACV Gummies, Collagen Gummies, Hydrate Electrolytes, Intimate Flora, Magnesium, Mango/ Berry Greens, Vegan Protein Blend, CreaGlow, Protein Iced Coffee, Free Soul Sculpt, The New Year Bundle, The Gifting Bundle

The video must include a Call To Action (CTA) for shoppers to click the link below to purchase.

Only videos posted during the Campaign Period and any gross merchandise value generated during that Campaign Period will qualify for the purposes of calculating any Prizes the Participant may be entitled to.

Campaign Structure
-
This is a tier-based reward campaign, offering participant creators the chance to win certain prizes, as set out in paragraph 5 below (“Prizes”).
-
Eligibility for Prizes will be based on the gross merchandisable value or total sales value directly attributed to the Participant’s Qualifying Videos, as tracked and confirmed by the Promoter’s Internal Systems (“GMV”).
-
Each participant may unlock only one prize, corresponding to the highest single tier achieved by them at the end of the Campaign Period.
-
Prizes are not cumulative.
-
Achieving a higher tier does not entitle the participant to prizes from lower tiers.
-
GMV must be generated during the Campaign Period to count towards the Participant’s total for the Campaign.
-
The GMV thresholds for each Prize tier must be met or exceeded within the Campaign Period. Any GMV generated after the Campaign period will not count towards the Participant’s final total.

Prizes and Tiers
-
Details of the Prizes available and conditions for each are set out at the end of these terms, along with the GMV the Participant must achieve to be eligible for each Prize. Please read these carefully before agreeing to participate.

Verification & Disqualification
-
All GMV results are subject to final verification by the Promoter against the data generated by the Promoter’s internal systems
-
The Promoter reserves the right to:
-
Withhold Prizes;
-
Disqualify Participants; and/or
-
Adjust GMV calculations,
-
if the Participant directly or indirectly breaches any of these Terms & Conditions.
-
The Promoter’s decisions on the verification of GMV results, compliance with these Terms & Conditions and the award of any Prizes is final and binding.
-
Any fraudulent, misleading, incentivised, or artificial activity intended to inflate GMV will result in immediate disqualification of the Participant from the Campaign.

Prize Notification and Delivery
-
Any successful Participants will be notified of their final entitlement to a Prize within 30 days of the end of the Campaign Period.
-
Physical Prizes will be delivered within 30–90 days of verification.
-
Trips and experiences will be coordinated directly with the successful Participants.
-
If a successful Participant fails to respond to any request for information or assistance to redeem their Prize within 14 days of contact, their Prize may be forfeited.
-
Tax & Legal Responsibility
-
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations.
-
Each Participant is solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from the receipt of any Prizes and the Promoter accepts no liability for these.
-
The Participant must always ensure that their social media posts (including any Qualifying Videos) comply with:
-
all applicable laws, regulations and advertising standards;
-
all platform terms and acceptable use guidelines;
-
where referencing the Promoter, any guidance provided by the Promoter on use of the Promoter’s brand and logos; and
-
any influencer or brand ambassador agreements the Participant is subject to.

Liability
-
The Promoter is not responsible for:
-
The impact of travel disruptions or technical faults on the enjoyment of any Prizes;
-
Any failure by a Participant to redeem their prize;
-
Any loss of GMV or ineligibility for any Prizes due to technical faults or interruptions of any kind;
-
Lost or damaged Prizes after delivery; or
-
Any other third-party service failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by the the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up any Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.

Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for administering the Campaign.

General
-
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
-
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Campaign where it becomes necessary for it do so.

The awarding of Prizes remains at all times at the full discretion of the Promoter. If the Promoter deems that prizes have been earned fraudulently or that the Participant has acted in a manner which may damage or cause harm to the reputation of the Promoter or its brand (in the Promoter’s sole judgment), then the Promoter is not obliged to fulfil any Prize due to that Participant.

Prizes can be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Promoter, but where there are the Promoter will amend or replace them with a comparable replacement in terms of value.
