FREE SOUL x HOLLAND & BARRETT BANK HOLIDAY BUNDLE GIVEAWAY 

 

  1. The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18+ only.
  2. The competition opens on Friday 22nd May 2026 at 8AM BST and closes on Monday 25th May 2026 at 7PM BST.
  3. To enter, participants must:
    1. Visit a Holland & Barrett store stocking Free Soul products
    2. Take a photo/video (“shelfie”) featuring Free Soul products
    3. Share the content to their Instagram Story tagging @freesoul
    4. Send a screenshot of their story via DM to @freesoul on Instagram
  4. One winner will receive a Free Soul bundle including selected new launches and Holland & Barrett exclusive products. Prize contents may vary and are non-transferable.
  5. Winners will be selected at random and contacted via Instagram DM within 7 days of the competition closing date.
  6. Participants must have a public Instagram profile at the time of entry so entries can be verified.
  7. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  8. By entering, participants agree that Free Soul may repost submitted content across its social media channels.

Free Soul “CEO for the Day” Giveaway T&Cs


 

1. Eligibility

1.1 This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

1.2 To enter, participants must sign up to Designed By Her via the link provided before 23:59 (GMT) on 15 March 2026.

1.3 If you are already a Designed By Her member, you will be automatically entered. One entry per person. No purchase necessary.

1.4 Employees, contractors, or agents of Free Soul, its affiliates, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

1.5 Entries submitted by third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or through automated or computer-generated methods will not be accepted.

1.6 Entrants must be legally able to travel within the United Kingdom if required.

2. Entry Period

2.1 The giveaway closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 15 March 2026.

2.2 Entries received after the closing date and time will not be eligible.

2.3 The winner(s) will be selected during the week commencing 23rd March 2026.

3. Prize

3.1 One (1) winner will be selected to receive:

One (1) “CEO for the Day” experience at Free Soul HQ (date confirmed with winner).

The experience includes:

  • Participation in selected team sessions

  • Making small, pre-approved decisions across teams including (but not limited to):

    • Selecting a TikTok Live bundle from pre-curated options

    • Choosing between two CRM email design options

    • Participating in creative discussions

All decisions presented to the winner will be commercially safe, pre-approved options and remain subject to Free Soul’s final discretion.

3.2 Ten (10) additional winners will each receive a place at an in-person Designed By Her Roundtable experience at Free Soul HQ (date to be confirmed with winners).

3.3 Travel and accommodation are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

3.5 Free Soul reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

4.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period.

4.2 The winner will be contacted via email.

4.3 If the winner does not respond within five (5) working days, Free Soul reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

5. General

5.1 The winner will be filmed and/or photographed during the experience for use across Free Soul marketing channels (consent form required).

5.2 By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Free Soul (you can unsubscribe at any time).

5.3 Free Soul reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition where reasonably necessary.

5.4 Free Soul’s decision is final.
