Free Soul x Ninja Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The competition is run by Free Soul Ltd, in partnership with Ninja Kitchen UK. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

2. Eligibility:

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Free Soul, Ninja Kitchen UK, their families, affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible.

3. How to Enter:

• Follow both @freesoul and @ninjakitchenuk on Instagram.
• Like the competition post.
• Tag a friend (more comments = more entries) 
  Share the post to your Instagram Story for an additional entry.
• No purchase necessary.

4. Competition Period:

• Opens on the date the post is published (Monday 15th September)
• Closes at 11:59 pm (BST) on 28 September 2025.
• Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.

5. Prize:

• 1 x Free Soul Collagen Glow Complex (Mixed Berry & White Peach).
• 1 x Free Soul Protein Iced Coffee (Café Frappé).
• 1 x Ninja Swirl by Creami
• 1 x Free Soul Sip Cup.
• One winner will receive the entire prize bundle.
• No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification:

• Winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
• Winner will be announced via @freesoul Instagram on 29 September 2025 and contacted via DM.
• The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If no response is received, Free Soul reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. General:

• Free Soul reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
• Free Soul reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. Data Protection:

• Personal data will only be used for administration of this competition and prize fulfilment.
• Data will not be shared with third parties other than Ninja Kitchen UK where necessary for prize delivery.

9. Governing Law:

• This competition and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
