Vanilla and Almond Protein Balls

Coconut bowl filled with protein balls and whole almonds

Protein is such a good inclusion in snacks because it has minimal effects on blood glucose levels, which is a fancy way of saying it won’t cause a sugar crash after so you’ll be full of energy for longer! Not to mention it keeps you full for a long time so it’ll ward off those snack temptations too!
