Here’s a recipe for a protein cake, that tastes just like cake.


 


Protein for women birthday cake blondies recipe



For the blondies


4 ripe bananas


100g flour


4 egg whites


4 tbsp baking powder


80g Free Soul Vanilla protein blend


300ml water


Pinch of salt⠀

For the icing


100g plain yogurt


2 tbsp white chocolate


Toppings


Rainbow sprinkles



Recipe


Preheat oven to 180°C


Blend all the ingredients for the blondies together well.


Pour into grease-proof paper lined tin.


Cover with foil and cook for 20-30 minutes


Meanwhile, mix your yogurt and hot chocolate powder in a boil.


Once the blondies are cooked and cooled, spread icing mixture on top.


Add and decorate with rainbow sprinkles.


Eat.
