Vegan Protein Cookie Dough Balls
Protein Cookie Dough Balls -
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Free Soul vegan chocolate or vanilla
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut four
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup chopped chocolate or cacao nibs
Method:
- Simply mix everything, except the chocolate, together until a thick dough forms. Stir in the chocolate chunks (necessary) and roll into balls! Top with sea salt if you so desire (you do). They’ll firm up in the fridge if you can wait that long to try them!
