HIGH PROTEIN MOUSSE

Free Soul protein powder, chocolate nibbles and a pink smoothie bowl

Super simple dessert for the nights when you need a sweet treat!

Recipe:

  • 1 banana
  • 25g vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 15g cranberry powder
  • 15g peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp greek yoghurt

Method:

  • Add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer into a bowl and serve with dark chocolate chips and freeze-dried raspberries.
  • Enjoy!
