Acai Bliss Bowl with Vegan Vanilla Protein

Without further ado, here is our Acai bliss bowl recipe that is absolutely perfect for getting a healthy start to your day. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp acaí powder
  • 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries are great choices)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 scoop Free Soul Vegan Berry Protein
  • A handful of ice cubes
  • 100ml water
  • Toppings (optional): granola, banana slices, coconut flakes, goji berries, cacao nibs

Method:

  1. Preparation: Begin by gathering all your ingredients, ensuring you have everything ready and within reach. This will ensure a smooth blending process.
  2. Blending the Base: In your high-powered blender, start by adding the açaí powder. This superfood not only adds flavour but also a rich colour to your bowl. Next, toss in the frozen berries for that delightful fruity punch.
  3. Adding Creaminess: Peel and slice the ripe banana, and add it to the blender. The banana acts as a natural sweetener and offers a creamy consistency to the mixture.
