Ginger Biscuit Fruity Flapjacks

@amycousins1 cooking up all the inspo you need this for this weekends baking sesh. These make the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or afternoon pick me up with a coffee. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 20g Free Soul Ginger Biscuit Protein
  • 200g Oats
  • 90g Butter
  • 4 tbsp Sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Syrup
  • 1 Banana


METHOD

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180.
  2. Melt butter on the hob before adding oats, protein, sweetener and syrup.
  3. Mash banana, add to mixture & combine.
  4. Pour mixture into lined tray.
  5. Bake for 20 mins.
  6. Top w/ banana coins & cinnamon.
  7. Enjoy
