Ingredients:âŹď¸
2 scoops Free Soul vanilla protein
80g pats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp ground clove
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp ground ginger
I original turmeric shot @theturmericco
1 mashed banana
140 ml plant based milk
Method:âŹď¸
Recipe for two:
Grease two ramekins with coconut oil. Slice 1 banana and place a few slices into the ramekins, top with 120g mixed berries, the oat mixture and more bananas.
Bake for 25mins at 160Fan/180*C until golden. Serve with plant-based yoghurt, fresh fruit and syrup! -
