Free Soul x Plenish chocolate protein waffles

This month we are giving everyone who orders a FREE carton of Plenish vegan coconut milk. Why not put your freebie to good use and try your hand at these delicious vegan pancakes. 
Recipe:
  • 1 cup Plenish coconut milk 
  • 1 banana (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate Free Soul protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional 1-2 Free Soul vegan chocolate raspberry protein bars to decorate

Method: 

  1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. Cook the waffles using a waffle maker until crispy and crunchy on the outside.
  3. Serve with toppings of choice and enjoy!
