Ingredients

🥣1 scoop Free Soul vanilla protein
🥣300ml almond milk
🥣3/4 cup oats
🥣1 tsp chia seeds
🥣1 tsp maca powder
🥣1/4 rose water

Toppings:
-
🥣Dash of fruit syrup
🥣Drizzle of peanut butter

Method

Stir the oats into the almond milk in a saucepan over low heat. Slowly add in the vanilla protein making sure it blends into the mixture. Add in the chia seeds and maca powder followed by the rose water. Stir continuously till you obtain a desired consistency. Toppings can be a sprinkling of berries, a dash of fruit syrup and a drizzle of peanut butter.
Pour into a bowl and kickstart your day🙌 -
