STRAWBERRIES & CREAM PROTEIN TARTS 😍 looking at how insane this looks, you know it’s created by our very own @amycousins1 🙌 this recipe is the proof that you really can be festive and healthy at the same time, so whether it’s for a healthy dessert or just for prepping as a snack, make a bunch of these and reach for them when you need a healthy & delish boost!


🍒20g Free Soul Strawberries & Cream Protein
🍒100g Oats
🍒30g Desiccated Coconut
🍒12g Cacao Powder
🍒30g Coconut Oil (Melted)
🍒30g Light Syrup

🍒15g Free Soul Strawberries & Cream Protein
🍒200g Natural Yoghurt

🍒Desiccated Coconut
🍒Berries & Raspberries

Note: 🍒Berries (Fresh or Frozen)


1. Place all base ingredients into blender, mix well.
2. Divide between 4 individual loose cases - press well.
3. Chill in fridge/ freezer until firm.
4. Mix yoghurt & protein powder, place in fridge.
5. Remove base from the cases, fill with yoghurt & top with coconut & fruits.
6. Drizzle with syrup.
