Banana Baked Oats

Baked Oats?! YES because they’re deelish, plus they’re loaded with that extra gooey type of chocolate guaranteed to get you 10/10 happy with your first meal of the day. Breakfast is sorted, thank you @spamellab! 🤗 -

INGREDIENTS

2 scoops Free Soul vanilla protein
200g Oats
30g cocoa powder
40g sweetner
1tsp baking powder
2 bananas (one mashed, one sliced)
300ml milk
1 egg (can be flax egg)
1tsp vanilla extract
6tsp chocolate spread with no added sugar
1 x 70g dark chocolate

METHOD

Pre-heat the oven to 180 and grease an open proof dish

Mix in the protein powder, oats, cocoa, sweetner, baking powder, mashed banana, milk, egg and vanilla extract till well combined

Spoon into the dish and add the banana coins on top. Add in the dollops of chocolate sauce, scatter over the chocolate chunks and press in gently

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and enjoy hot or cold
